All prices stated on the website and price lists are flat packed and collected from the yard by the customer. Delivery and assembly are extra.

• Refund Eligibility: If the shed has not yet been made or delivered, you are eligible to receive a refund of the amount paid, minus the deposit. The deposit is non-refundable as it covers the costs incurred up to that point.

Delivery and Site Preparation:

• Site Preparation: We request that all bases for sheds are fully prepared and that there is easy access for our delivery team. Proper site preparation is essential to ensure a smooth and successful delivery and installation process.
• Delivery Requirements: If the site is not adequately prepared or if there is no easy access for delivery, our team will be unable to complete the installation. In such cases, we will bring the shed back to our facility and an additional delivery fee will be charged for any subsequent delivery attempts.
